TSLP receptor signaling through CRLF2 amplifies type 2 inflammation and is an active target in allergic and respiratory disease research. The reagent here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of solrikitug, a recombinant monoclonal antibody against the TSLP pathway built around CRLF2, for research use only. It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput study. Applications include pathway-blockade functional assays, in vitro cytokine-signaling screens, and in vivo models of allergic airway inflammation. Lot-to-lot reproducibility and ample availability make it well suited to extended, high-volume research efforts.
