ERBB3 (HER3) is a co-receptor in the HER family that potentiates oncogenic signaling and contributes to therapeutic resistance in cancer research. Described here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of seribantumab, a recombinant anti-HER3 monoclonal antibody intended for research use only.
