PD-1 functions as a brake on T-cell responses, and its blockade is a defining strategy in tumor-immunology research. The product here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of serplulimab, a recombinant anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and provided in scalable milligram to gram quantities to sustain bulk and high-throughput work. It is used as a control and active reagent in checkpoint-blockade functional assays, in vitro T-cell co-culture screening, and in vivo immune-modulation models. Uniform, reproducible material supports robust experimental design at research scale.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
