Background
AOC3 (VAP-1) is an endothelial amine oxidase and adhesion molecule that regulates leukocyte recruitment during inflammation, a topic of sustained interest in vascular biology research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vapaliximab, this recombinant human IgG2 antibody targets AOC3 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is formulated to a low-endotoxin specification suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include adhesion and enzyme-activity assays, in vitro inflammation screening, control work, and preclinical models of leukocyte trafficking.
