LRRC15 is a stromal and cancer-associated fibroblast marker enriched in the tumor microenvironment, making it a target of interest in solid-tumor research. Described here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of samrotamab, a recombinant anti-LRRC15 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Suitable uses include targeting and binding functional assays, in vitro stromal-cell screening, and in vivo tumor-microenvironment models.
