Phycoerythrin conjugates remain a workhorse of fluorescence detection, and this IchorDetect goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L) F(ab')2 secondary antibody pairs PE brightness with cross-adsorbed specificity. The cross-adsorption step reduces reactivity toward immunoglobulins of other species, while the F(ab')2 architecture removes the Fc region to curb nonspecific Fc-receptor binding, yielding crisp detection of mouse primary antibodies in flow cytometry and fluorescence assays. Supplied as a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput detection applications.

Fab2 Secondary Antibody PE

Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
