Background
On activated and exhausted T cells, PD-1 functions as an inhibitory checkpoint that restrains immune responses and remains a foundational target across immuno-oncology research. Clone RMP1-30 is a rat IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody recognising mouse PD-1, validated for depletion, flow cytometry, and in vivo applications. Anti-PD-1 RMP1-30 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic reagent, intended for research use only, delivers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for mouse checkpoint-blockade and T-cell exhaustion studies.
