Myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) inhibits axonal regeneration and is a focus of CNS-repair and neuroscience research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of refanezumab, generated in CHO cells against human MAG. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports MAG-neutralization assays, axon-outgrowth studies, functional characterization, and preclinical models of neural injury and regeneration.
