CX3CL1 (fractalkine) is a membrane-anchored chemokine guiding leukocyte adhesion and migration in inflammation. This human IgG2 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of quetmolimab, produced in CHO cells against human CX3CL1. Released for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a consistent reagent for chemokine-neutralization assays, leukocyte-adhesion studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of inflammatory disease. Predictable performance across batches helps standardize multi-arm experimental designs.
