IGHE, the IgE constant heavy-chain region, is the defining target in allergy and atopic-disease research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of quilizumab, expressed in CHO cells against human IGHE. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to IgE-targeting assays, B-cell and mast-cell functional studies, and preclinical models of allergic inflammation. Tight quality control makes it a steady reagent for high-throughput pipelines.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
