CTLA-4 is a primary inhibitory checkpoint that downregulates T-cell activation, making it a cornerstone of immuno-oncology research. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of quavonlimab, expressed in CHO cells against human CTLA4.
