VTCN1 (B7-H4) is an immune-checkpoint ligand frequently overexpressed in tumors and studied across immuno-oncology. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of puxitatug, generated in CHO cells against human VTCN1. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports antigen-expression profiling, checkpoint and functional binding assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development. Stringent purification supports robust, repeatable readouts in resource-intensive studies.
