Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human Integrin alpha 4 + beta 7. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Vedolizumab.

The integrin alpha4-beta7 heterodimer governs gut-selective lymphocyte homing and is a key research target in inflammatory bowel disease. Our research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vedolizumab directed at the human alpha4-beta7 complex to enable adhesion-blockade studies. It is supplied for research use only in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, with batches scaled from milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Typical applications include leukocyte-adhesion assays, integrin-blockade controls, in vitro screening, and preclinical mucosal-immunity models that demand consistent reagent quality.
