Detects human Integrin α4β7. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Vedolizumab. This product is for research use only.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Vedolizumab, an integrin receptor antagonist, is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells that binds to the human α4β7 integrin. Vedolizumab has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kilodaltons.
