Background
Clone IB1 in the SELF configuration is a human IgG1 isotype control that provides a matched, framework-identical negative reference for studies built around IgG1 test antibodies. Lacking relevant specificity, IB1 anchors the background and gating measurements that distinguish genuine target engagement from scaffold or Fc-driven signal in flow cytometry and functional assays. The anti-IgG1 control clone IB1 is offered in a low-endotoxin formulation suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to meet the demands of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is a non-therapeutic reagent supplied strictly for research use only.

Specificity
This Human IgG1 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG1 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications and each lot is IMPACT I certified.
Purification Method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Formulation
This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.
Storage
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
