Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human IL-12 and IL-23. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Ustekinumab.

This research-grade antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ustekinumab that engages the shared p40 of human IL-12 and IL-23. Offered for research use only, it carries a low-endotoxin formulation suitable for in vivo studies and is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk users. It is well suited to cytokine-neutralisation assays, inflammatory pathway analysis, in vitro screening, in vivo models, and comparator work in biologics characterisation.
