CD73 (NT5E) is an ecto-5'-nucleotidase that generates immunosuppressive adenosine in the tumor microenvironment, a pathway under intense study in cancer immunology. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of uprevstobart, this recombinant human IgG1 antibody targets NT5E and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin level suitable for in vivo experiments and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to meet the throughput needs of bulk laboratories. Researchers apply it in enzyme-blocking and binding assays, in vitro adenosine-pathway screening, control work, and preclinical immuno-oncology models.
