Background
CD40 ligand (CD40LG, CD154) mediates costimulatory signaling between T cells and antigen-presenting cells and is central to immune-activation and tolerance research. Described here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tegoprubart, a recombinant anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is produced to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports costimulation-blockade functional assays, in vitro immune-cell screens, and in vivo models of transplantation tolerance and autoimmunity. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency helps standardize comparisons across in vitro and in vivo experiments.
