Background
TNFRSF18 (GITR) is a co-stimulatory TNF-receptor-superfamily molecule that shapes T-cell and regulatory-T-cell function. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ragifilimab, generated in CHO cells against human TNFRSF18. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-agonism and functional T-cell assays, Treg modulation studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models. Its reproducible quality supports demanding workflows that consume reagent at scale.
Purification Method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Formulation
This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.
Storage
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
