Background
CTLA-4 (CD152) is a negative regulator of T-cell activation that dampens responses by sequestering CD80 and CD86 from CD28. Clone UC10-4F10-11 is an Armenian hamster IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody to mouse CTLA-4, validated for flow cytometry, Western blot, functional assays and immunoprecipitation. Anti-mouse CTLA-4 UC10-4F10-11 is supplied in a low-endotoxin, in-vivo-suitable format and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent offers consistent, reproducible results for checkpoint-blockade and T-cell tolerance research in the mouse, with reliable lot-to-lot performance across large studies.
