Sclerostin (SOST) is an osteocyte-derived inhibitor of Wnt signaling and a major target in bone-biology research. This human IgG4 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of resugosbart, expressed in CHO cells against human SOST. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a consistent reagent for sclerostin-neutralization assays, Wnt-pathway studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of bone formation and osteoporosis. It delivers the consistency that bulk-consuming research programs require.
