Background

LAG-3 (LAG3, CD223) is an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor on activated T cells and NK cells that binds MHC class II and dampens T-cell responses. Clone C9B7W is a rat IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody to mouse LAG-3, validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Anti-mouse LAG-3 C9B7W is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, C9B7W provides reproducible performance for checkpoint and tumour-immunology research in the mouse.
