Background
CD137 (4-1BB) is an inducible co-stimulatory receptor that enhances T- and NK-cell effector function and is a central handle in immuno-oncology research. Clone IB17 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human CD137, providing specific engagement of the receptor for functional and detection studies. Anti-CD137 clone IB17 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Offered for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB17 delivers reproducible performance for T-cell co-stimulation and tumour-immunology research.
