Background
Lymphotoxin alpha (LTA/TNF-β) is a TNF-superfamily cytokine involved in lymphoid organogenesis and inflammation. This human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pateclizumab, expressed in CHO cells against human LTA. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a consistent reagent for cytokine-neutralization assays, signaling studies, functional characterization, and preclinical models of autoimmune inflammation. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
