Background
MHC class I molecules H-2Kk and H-2Dk present endogenous peptides to CD8 T cells and are key haplotype markers in mouse immunogenetics. Clone 15-3-1S is a mouse IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody recognising these H-2k class I antigens, validated for blocking, functional assays, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence. Anti-MHC class I 15-3-1S is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it offers reproducible lot-to-lot results for antigen-presentation and transplantation immunology research.
