Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is a master cytokine of type-2 immunity, directing B-cell class switching and Th2 differentiation. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pascolizumab, produced in CHO cells against human IL4. Supplied for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to cytokine-neutralization assays, signaling studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of allergic and atopic inflammation.
