MDR-1 (P-glycoprotein) is an efflux transporter that pumps diverse compounds out of cells and is a key determinant of multidrug resistance studied in pharmacology and oncology. Clone UIC2 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognizing human and monkey MDR-1, validated for flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and in vivo applications. Anti-MDR-1 clone UIC2 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
