Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF/CCN2) is a matricellular protein driving fibrosis across multiple organ systems. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pamrevlumab, generated in CHO cells against human CTGF. Released for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It supports growth-factor neutralization assays, fibrosis-signaling studies, functional characterization, and preclinical models of fibrotic disease. Predictable performance across batches helps standardize multi-arm experimental designs.
