Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) is a central innate-immune sensor of endotoxin and damage signals. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of paridiprubart, expressed in CHO cells against human TLR4. For research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin grade suitable for in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. Researchers use it in receptor-blockade assays, innate-immune signaling studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of inflammation and sepsis.
