Oxidized LDL (oxLDL) is a pro-atherogenic lipoprotein species central to vascular-inflammation and atherosclerosis research. This research-grade human IgG1 (lambda) antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of orticumab, expressed in CHO cells against oxLDL. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to oxLDL-binding and neutralization assays, macrophage-uptake studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of atherosclerosis. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
