Transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) is a pleiotropic cytokine governing fibrosis, immune regulation, and the tumor microenvironment. Built as a non-therapeutic analog of nisevokitug, this unconjugated human IgG2 lambda antibody is expressed in CHO cells and binds human TGFB1. Intended for research use only, it is delivered in a low-endotoxin formulation suited to in vivo experimentation and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
