Mucin 1 (MUC1) is a heavily glycosylated cell-surface protein overexpressed and aberrantly modified in many carcinomas, making it a long-standing tumor-targeting antigen. This is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of sontuzumab, a recombinant anti-MUC1 monoclonal antibody for research use only. Produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is useful for MUC1-binding functional assays, in vitro tumor-cell screening, and in vivo tumor-targeting models in oncology research.
