The interleukin-31 receptor alpha chain (IL31RA) transmits itch- and inflammation-associated signaling and is an established target in dermatological research. This human IgG2 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of nolavetbart, expressed in CHO cells and directed at human IL31RA. For research use only, it is provided in a low-endotoxin format compatible with in vivo work and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots for bulk and high-throughput programs. It supports receptor-blockade assays, functional signaling studies, and preclinical models of pruritus and skin inflammation. Stringent purification supports robust, repeatable readouts in resource-intensive studies.
