Background
CD22 is a B-cell-restricted sialic-acid-binding receptor that regulates B-lymphocyte signaling and is frequently exploited as a target in B-cell malignancy research. We supply an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mozistobart as a recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody against CD22, designated for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin formulation supports in vivo experimentation, and manufacturing in scalable milligram-to-gram amounts meets the requirements of high-throughput and bulk laboratories. Researchers apply it as a B-cell-targeting control and reagent in internalization studies, in vitro screening, effector-function assays, preclinical models, and antibody-drug-conjugate development.
