CD47 is a broadly expressed 'don't eat me' signal that engages SIRPalpha to limit macrophage phagocytosis, making it a flagship target in cancer immunotherapy research. This IgG4 recombinant human antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of urabrelimab directed against CD47 and is intended for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin formulation is suitable for in vivo studies and is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It works well as a phagocytosis-checkpoint control and functional reagent across in vitro engulfment assays, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor models.
