The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a tyrosine kinase that drives proliferation and survival and remains one of the most intensively studied oncogenic targets. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of modotuximab, this recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody binds EGFR and is supplied exclusively for research use only (RUO). Low endotoxin levels make it compatible with in vivo experiments, while production in scalable milligram-to-gram lots equips bulk and high-throughput laboratories for sustained use. It serves as a receptor-blockade control and reagent in in vitro screening, signaling and ADCC assays, preclinical models, and antibody-drug-conjugate development.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
