Mesothelin (MSLN) is a cell-surface glycoprotein highly expressed in mesothelioma and several adenocarcinomas, where it influences adhesion and tumor progression. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of misitatug directed at MSLN and provided for research use only (RUO). Formulated with low endotoxin for dependable in vivo performance, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the throughput needs of large research operations. Investigators use it as a tumor-antigen control and active reagent across in vitro screening, preclinical xenograft models, effector-function assays, and antibody-drug-conjugate research.
