As a costimulatory receptor of the TNF superfamily, CD40 orchestrates dendritic-cell activation and adaptive immune responses, making it a prominent agonist target in cancer immunotherapy research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mitazalimab, this recombinant human IgG1 lambda2 antibody recognizes CD40 and is intended for research use only (RUO). It is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suited to in vivo experimentation and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram batches for bulk and heavy-usage laboratories. The reagent supports immune-stimulation functional assays, in vitro screening, preclinical immuno-oncology models, and biologics characterization.
