Background

CD120a (TNFR1) is the primary tumour necrosis factor receptor, transmitting signals that govern inflammation, apoptosis and NF-κB activation. Clone 55R-170 is an Armenian hamster IgG1 monoclonal antibody to mouse CD120a, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, blocking, functional assays, flow cytometry and neutralization. Anti-mouse CD120a 55R-170 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, 55R-170 provides reproducible performance for dissecting TNF-receptor signalling in mouse models.
