Expressed by antigen-presenting cells and many B-cell malignancies, CD74 functions as the MHC class II invariant chain and a receptor for migration inhibitory factor, linking it to immune signaling and tumor biology. Our anti-human CD74 reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of milatuzumab, supplied as a recombinant IgG1 kappa antibody for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities and formulated with low endotoxin so that it performs reliably in vivo. The material supports internalization studies, in vitro screening, ADCC and effector-function assays, preclinical tumor models, and antibody-drug-conjugate research.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
