DR5 (TNFRSF10B) is a pro-apoptotic death receptor whose activation drives programmed cell death, a key theme in oncology research. Described here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of tilogotamab, a recombinant anti-DR5 monoclonal antibody for research use only.
