Interleukin-23 subunit p19 (IL23A) is a key driver of the IL-23/Th17 axis that fuels chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disease, a heavily studied pathway in immunology. This research-grade anti-human IL23A antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mirikizumab, built on a recombinant IgG4 kappa framework and provided for research use only (RUO). Because it is purified to low endotoxin levels, it is appropriate for in vivo use, and it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) amounts to serve bulk and high-throughput workflows. It functions as a cytokine-neutralization control and reagent across in vitro screening and preclinical inflammation models.
