TFPI is a key endogenous brake on the coagulation cascade, positioning it as an important target in hemostasis and bleeding-disorder research. This anti-human TFPI recombinant monoclonal antibody (IgG1, lambda2) is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of marstacimab provided exclusively for research use only (RUO). Endotoxin levels are kept low to enable in vivo studies, and production spans scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to keep heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories continuously supplied. The reagent serves as a reliable control and active tool in coagulation and inhibitor-neutralization assays, in vitro mechanistic screening, and preclinical in vivo models of hemophilia and hemostatic dysfunction.
