Myostatin (MSTN) is a negative regulator of skeletal-muscle growth, and inhibiting it is a focus of muscle-wasting and metabolic research. This is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of stamulumab, a recombinant anti-myostatin monoclonal antibody supplied for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput programs. It suits myostatin-neutralization functional assays, in vitro myogenesis screens, and in vivo models of muscle growth and atrophy.
