SIRP-alpha forms part of the myeloid 'don't eat me' checkpoint axis with CD47 and is a focal point of innate-immune and cancer immunotherapy research. Presented as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lumistobart, this human anti-SIRPA recombinant antibody (IgG1, kappa) is for research use only (RUO). The formulation is low in endotoxin to enable in vivo applications and is produced in scalable milligram to gram batches that satisfy high-throughput and heavy-consumption laboratories. Researchers can use it as a control or active tool for phagocytosis and checkpoint-blockade assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical in vivo immuno-oncology models.
