Sortilin (SORT1) is a sorting receptor implicated in progranulin trafficking and increasingly studied in neurodegeneration. Offered as a human IgG1, kappa antibody, this reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of latozinemab that binds SORT1 for functional and neuroscience research. The formulation carries a low endotoxin burden appropriate for in vivo work and is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram amounts to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput groups. Distributed for research use only (RUO), it functions as a control and active probe in receptor-modulation studies, progranulin pathway assays, in vitro binding panels, and preclinical models of neurodegenerative disease.
