CD40 is a costimulatory receptor central to dendritic-cell activation and the orchestration of adaptive immunity. This reagent, an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of iscalimab, is expressed as a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal recognizing the human protein and is intended for research use only (RUO). Prepared to a low-endotoxin standard suited to in vivo studies, it is manufactured in milligram to gram quantities so that high-throughput and bulk laboratories enjoy uninterrupted supply. The antibody is applied to receptor-blocking and costimulation assays, ADCC studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical immunology and autoimmunity models, where it serves as a steady control for functional and antibody-characterization research.
