Integrin alphaV beta3 (ITGAV/ITGB3) regulates cell adhesion, angiogenesis, and tumor invasion, making it a key node in vascular and cancer biology. Targeting the human integrin, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of intetumumab is a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal furnished for research use only (RUO). The formulation is low in endotoxin to meet in vivo requirements and is produced in adaptable milligram to gram lots that satisfy bulk and high-throughput demand. It performs well in adhesion and cell-binding assays, angiogenesis studies, neutralization work, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor and vascular models, providing a consistent comparator throughout functional and biologics development.
