Signalling through CD200R delivers inhibitory cues that restrain myeloid-cell activation and help maintain immune homeostasis, making it a focus of inflammation and tolerance research. Clone OX131 is a rat IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse CD200R, validated for flow cytometry, IHC and functional agonist/blocking bioassays, supporting both detection and receptor-modulation studies. Anti-mouse CD200R clone OX131 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This research-use-only reagent provides reproducible performance for studies of CD200R-mediated immune regulation.

OX131

OX131 detects both mouse isoforms of CD200R: CD200R(1) from C57BL/6 mice and CD200R_NOD, also known as CD200R(2), from NOD mice. OX131 also cross-reacts with CD200RLe, which is not present in most mouse strains that contain CD200R. OX131 is therefore specific to CD200R in mouse strains that lack CD200RLe, such as C57BL/6 and BALB/c.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
