The interleukin-36 receptor (IL1RL2) mediates IL-36 signalling that drives skin and mucosal inflammation, a focus of dermatology and autoimmune research. This recombinant anti-human IL1RL2 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of imsidolimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, receptor-blockade and IL-36-signalling studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo models of inflammatory skin disease, with the consistency needed for heavy-usage research.
