Background
The Gr-1 antigen, comprising Ly-6G and Ly-6C, marks granulocytes and inflammatory monocytes and is widely used to track and deplete myeloid cells during inflammation. Clone RB6-8C5 is a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody to mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, flow cytometry, functional assays, frozen and paraffin IHC, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and in situ hybridization. Anti-mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C RB6-8C5 is supplied in a low-endotoxin, in-vivo-suitable format and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk laboratories.
